If the pressure is low, you should be able to fill it, but engine has to be running with A/C selected. Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground. The 4mm difference is so small that a 5x114 rim will fit on a 5x110 lug pattern but will ultimately be off by that little amount. If it is 4mm oversized then you are really only off by like 2mm at the top and 2mm at the bottom. I have a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon with a 2000 model Elantra motor in it with a 2.0 I bought a 2005 model Tiburon automatic 2.0 long story short transmission went out in my 2003 the one I drive which is a manual my other car is a 2005 automatic can I swap them reasonably easy already have the transmission out of the 2003 which is actually a 2000 model motor. Keep in mind that I am graphically impaired and the options on the headunit are limited. It only supports 16 fixed colors and most of them are shades of orange and blue. Today, November 8th = Dealership just called to say the rear drivers side quarter window is the source of the leak. Water is getting in past the window seal, going down the door latch pillar, down the rocker panel and into the drivers foot well. But the slide has broken down twice! It's a 2021 and cost $135K. Minor issues with door adjustments but the slide is a big deal. Has to be towed in if it won't close.
