I have removed the wire boot between the door and main vehicle to check for broken wires. I have been thru all the fuses, checked to see if broken, in the fuse box under the hood. If a Chrysler owner finds that they have to stand closer to the vehicle for the remote start to work or they have to point the remote start directly at the automobile to ensure that the device is working, then there may be a problem with the signal. Sorry you wasted $$ on the bulb. The way it works is when it's on low beams (the majority of the time) there is a "shutter" inside the projector lens that blocks half the bulb, with it off if you look closely you can see it..
